Q: I am not sure my order went through.
A: If for some reason you are concerned your order went through, you can contact us for confirmation. If you ordered through PayPal or Google you can also check those accounts to confirm that payments went through.
Q: My account says I am locked out.
A: This can happen when you have just processed an order and try to log back in immediately, If it does happen wait a few minutes and try and again, if not Contact Us
Q: The Google checkout button is disabled
A: Google checkout requires you to be logged out of layeroneuk.com in order to use it.
Q: Can I order by FAX?
A: If you wish to order by FAX please contact us beforehand
